How we started...
Nearly 4 years ago, we started as real estate developers who began building the portfolio and property management experience. We have grown quickly and now, we own nearly 200 doors and manage way more. We offer our expertise to other property owners and our priority is to maximize the return on investment for you.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Cam Baker started his real estate career in 2019 as a property manager for Leslie and Jamie Collard, and he rapidly developed a liking for the fast-paced, high-energy property management industry. Cam has vast experience in numerous aspects of the property management sector, including tenant relations, property management, property marketing and facility management, during the course of his career.

Cam's strengths include his ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the property management industry while maintaining a high level of customer service for both Landlords and Tenants, as well as his ongoing focus on the use of technology and marketing.
LESLIE COLLARD
PROPERTY MANAGER
Jamie and Leslie Collard are sophisticated real estate investors, developers and business owners. They started in real estate 5 years ago and have since crushed their original goals but continue to thrive in the real estate and business world.
They are co-owners and founders of Collard Properties Inc along with CB Property Management, Rent Square, Collard Markus Construction and much more. They currently own around 300 residential units in Canada and growing.
